The Thai Pediatric Cancer Atlas (TPCA) Consortium multi-omics dataset is a comprehensive resource designed to advance precision medicine for high-risk childhood malignancies, specifically focusing on neuroblastoma, osteosarcoma, and pediatric brain tumors. To capture a holistic view of tumor biology and inherited risk, the dataset integrates four distinct molecular profiling modalities: Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) to identify somatic mutations and actionable targets in tumors, Germline Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) to detect heritable cancer predispositions, RNA-Sequencing (RNA-Seq) to uncover gene expression patterns and oncogenic fusions, and proteomic analysis to map active protein signaling cascades.
