Low-coverage whole-genome sequencing of cell-free DNA in non-small-cell lung cancer patients

We sequence 38 NSCLC patients whose cell-free DNA were extracted during chemotherapy and TKI inhibitors. The correlation with clinical outcome were accessed can complement with the estimation of ctDNA. A machine learning model were also developed to predict the final clinical outcome.
