Comprehensive drug response profiling and pan-omic analysis identified therapeutic candidates and prognostic biomarkers for Asian cholangiocarcinoma

Our work sheds light on novel therapeutic options for cholangiocarcinoma and offer insights on corresponding predictive biomarkers for different patient subgroups, offering opportunities for designing effective clinical trials and for realizing the precision medicine concept in this rare cancer type. We build multi-omics sequencing and drug response profiling of cholangiocarcinoma to enables explore genomic, transcriptomic and drug response data.
